Summary:
H/She will be responsible for various accounting management and financial analysis functions.

Responsibilities:
        Assists in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, and cost allocation accounting.
        Supervises, directs, and reviews reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses…)
        Supervises and participates in the preparation of various financial statements and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
        Directs the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses, and insurance records.
        Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
        Resolves complex accounting/Finance issues.
        Reviews general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
        Produces monthly financial reports.
        Produces quarterly and annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports.
        Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
        Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:
        Qualified Accountant with strong finance management experience.
        Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in an accounting/finance setting, and general ledger experience.
        Strong skills working with excel – ex. Pivot tables, data mining and advanced formula creation.
        Fully conversant with accounting procedures legislation.
        Ability to meet deadlines.
        Time-management, workload planning
        IT literate with an emphasis on financial systems, spreadsheets, SAGE and Excel
        Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Supply Chain Executive

Summary:
The Supply Chain Executive will control all aspects of materials from raw material purchases and delivery through shipments to customers. H/She acts as the owner of the ERP system and oversees procurement, planning, scheduling, inventory, shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities:
·         Directs planning of procurement and raw materials including subcontracted services.
·         Responsible for inventory accuracy and turns.
·         Ensures that every step of the procurement and material management processes are functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities due to availability of materials.
·         Communicates needs and objectives to key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, sales, service, manufacturing and management.
·         Manages the relationships between many different suppliers.
·         Oversees the shipping and receiving functions.
·         Responsible for efficient and accurate Material requirements planning functionality.
·         Oversees all planning and scheduling activities.

Requirements:
        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related discipline.
        4+ years of purchasing, including the purchasing technical products/materials and commodity items.
        Experience using ERP/MRP systems, preferably Visual Business Systems.
        Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
        Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team-based environment.
        Excellent attention to detail.
        Highly organized and process-driven.
        Dedicated to the pursuit of continuous improvement.

Desktop Support Engineer

Desktop Support Engineer

Summary:
To provide first and second level IT/Desktop support to all staff.

Responsibilities:
·         Oversees and responds to service requests regarding the installation of hardware and software for computing devices.
·         Performs 2nd level support; troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobility, audio-visual equipment and peripheral devices.
·         Performs research and develops solutions for hardware and software issues.
·         Updates incident records and knowledge base with appropriate and timely information.
·         Acts as Incident Manager on the team for major incidents.
·         Oversees and maintains documentation of assets in configuration and asset management records.
·         Contributes content and provides software training to the team.
·         Incident Management.

Requirements:
·         Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience.
·         Advanced experience, knowledge, and trouble shooting skills in the following technical areas:
·         Administrating global enterprise client environments with Windows XP, Win7/8/10, Microsoft Office Suites, SCCM, Citrix/Terminal Services, Google Apps, VPN and remote environments.
·         Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, Print Servers, DHCP, LAN, wireless, Active Directory, Cisco Call Manager, Project Management, Performance Management, Process Management, Customer Service etc.
