Our client is a reputable Media and Mobile Content company based in Lagos, Nigeria with presence in Ghana, Kenya, India, UK and Mauritius. They have built a strong competence across the new media ecosystem comprising mobile, online and content. They are recruiting for a Social Media Executive in their Accra, Ghana office.

·         Receive briefs and materials for campaign.
·         Monitor and reporting of campaigns to clients.
·         Get feedbacks on campaign performance from client and act on them.
·         Support the Team Lead.
·         Build relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
·         Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
·         Gathering market and customer information.
·         Send invoices and follow-up with payment.
·         Manage media and related content platform partnerships, including revenue generation, media buying, etc
·         Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.
·         Work with account executives to determine client needs and budget.
·         Identify relevant social media outlets to implement campaigns.
·         creating and executing New media campaigns for clients that meet the client's brief and budget
·         Manage all media supplier and manage all media campaign related projects for client
·         Measurably enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty on a daily basis.
·         Manage and create content for social media sites, highlighting company achievements and news.

·         University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or Corporate Communications.
·         1 – 3 years Sales and account management experience preferably in an advertising Agency.
·         Understanding of Mobile, Web, and online advertising will be an added advantage.
·         Basic knowledge in all aspects of digital marketing.
·         Account management skills.
·         Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
·         Strong presentation skills and comfortable performing demonstrations.
·         Ability to multi-task effectively.
·         Proficient user of various MS packages.
·         Decisive and intuitive.
·         A related Post graduate degree/Certification.
·         Good negotiation/deal closing skills.
·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
·         Ability to work under pressure, strict timelines and no supervision.
·         Ability to multi-task effectively.
·         Creative approach to up-selling to an existing client base and generating new business.
